The seeds of becoming a Chef were sown in the mind as early as an 11 year old. Initially what was just a thought, started taking better shape and got me more and more interested in the subject of ‘Culinary Arts’ which later became my dream. Started reading extensively on the said subject and watched several videos of renowned Chefs, which really got me immersed and the decision was made to choose this as my professional career. After completion of my intermediate, cleared the college joining process and started my BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. I completed the 3 year course and received my degree from University of Huddersfield, UK.
I started my career with ITC Gardenia, Bangalore in “FABELLE” wherein, within a couple of months I was entrusted the responsibility of handling the same by myself. After I got enough experience and learnt the nuances of Chocolates and Cakes, I joined “The PIZZA BAKERY” where I learnt bread making.
After enriching myself with the required experience and knowledge on Chocolates, Pastry and Breads, I thought it was the apt time for me to start something on my own and take my passion, determination and hard work to the next level and hence the birth of “Nectar~in” took place, where I want to dole out the best dishes for my guests and satisfy their palates.
In my quest to pursue by dream and passion, “Nectar~in” has gone live on 18th May 2023 with a curated menu to begin with. Shortly, new products will make their way to the menu.
